What are Mobile Tickets?
Mobile tickets are sent directly to your mobile phone after you order tickets and that order is confirmed. A link is sent to you where you can download the tickets and/or download the app that you will need in order to retrieve your tickets. We send you the instructions how to receive mobile tickets, so you just follow our simple instructions to claim your tickets. You will need to show those mobile tickets, from your cell phone, to get scanned into your event from the entry gate.
Will the Tickets Purchased be Located Together?
Yes, the seats you purchase will be together. The only exception are the few cases that specifically state in the notes that the tickets are not seated together.
How do I know My Order is Confirmed?
You will receive email to notify you that your order has been confirmed by the seller of the tickets.
Do I get a Refund if my Event is Cancelled?
Yes, if the event you purchase is cancelled completely then you will receive a refund on your order.
Will I get a Refund if my Event is Postponed?
No, you will not receive a refund on a postponed event as the tickets you purchased can be used for the rescheduled date.
Are you the Festival Box Office?
No, we are not the official box office, venue or promoter of the festivals listed on Fest Seats. The tickets offered for sale here are priced, listed and fulfilled by the ticket seller. That seller may be listing those tickets at a price that is higher than the face value on the tickets. Fest Seats is a safe site to purchase tickets for your favorite artists, musicians, groups or festivals.
